

He completed his psychiatric residency and a Special Fellowship in Alcohol Rehabilitation at the University of Missouri, Columbia.

He received his Medical Degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine as a James Scholar. Clark completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science as part of the President's scholars program at Southern Illinois University. More recently he was the Medial Director of Psychiatry at Hannibal Regional Hospital while working at the Woodland Center.ĭr. He has been the Medical Director of a psychiatric hospital and was instrumental in opening an adolescent treatment unit in a major hospital in the Illinois Quad Cities where he later served as medical director. He later became an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Missouri. He worked as the Acting Chief of the ADA unit at Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, Missouri while he was still in his psychiatric residency. Clark has extensive experience in managing healthcare facilities. He is Board Certified in General and Forensic Psychiatry.ĭr.
